Aerial Inspection Package

We highly recommend our Aerial Inspection Package as a supplementary service to the Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys.

Combining a state of the art Aerial Drone and a 12m Telescopic Pole Camera allows us to carry out a much more thorough inspection of the property without the need to hire expensive equipment.

We are able to reach areas that would otherwise be inaccessible within the standard scope of a survey. These areas might include for example; parapet gutters, valley gutters, unusual roof designs, tops of chimneys, backs of chimneys and flat roof dormers. These hidden areas are often neglected and costly to put right.

Our imagery is captured in high definition and included within the body of the report.

Fees are based on the size of the property.
